Breaking News....

The New Orlean Saints Have doen pretty well since hiring there new coach. But this week looks to be a big test as they go up against the New York Giants. The Giants seem to be an elite team and considered one the best teams in the league. We caught up with the Saints coach and this is what he had to say " The Giants are a very good and physical football team, we expect them to come out with a lot of emotions. They are very well coached and and I expect this game to be hard fought. We got to do all little things in order to win this game. Execution will be the key for us."

The Giants are still with out their beast of a running back, Brandon Jacobs, but Bradshaw has filled in exceptionally well. From top to bottom this Giants team looks to be very well constructed, with no gaping holes any where. The Saints just completed a trade to bring in Pat White, Laron Landry, and Orakpo to them but they had to give up some veteran leadership to do it. We will see if this was a smart move by the organization. Pat White has some large shoes to fill, as he takes over for Drew Brees. I guess oly time will tell..

Breaking News.. 10/6

The Saints first loss under the new head coach. It was a tight game with the Giants taking an early 21-7 lead. But the Saints fought back and were able to take the lead in the 4th quarter. The Saints defense could not hold as they let up a touchdown with 24sec left in the game.
To give the Giants a 38-34 Victory. They proved to be Road Warriors yet again.

The Saints coach wasn't to pleased after the game... "We had some opportunities that we didn't take. Some bad judgment calls on some plays that caused 14pts the other way. We are going to have a hard week of practice, our defense can't drop the ball like we did multiple times during this game. Overall I'm very disappointed."

I would want to be on this team this week.. We'll see how they respond next week when they play the Divison leading Dolphins. See you next week.

Breaking News... 10/09/09

Fan favorite Marquis Colston was traded to the Rams for DE Osi Umenyiora and a couple draft picks.

"We had to sure up our defensive line.. we weren't getting enough pressure on the quarterbacks we faced, therefore giving them to much time to throw. We believe that this trade will benefit our defense greatly and I have confidence that our offense will st be able to produce." is what the Saints coach had to say.

Thanks for joining us, we'll see you next time.

Osi Umeyiora Lost For The Season with a Severe Concussion..

The Saints have had to rescramble their line after the big lose of Umenyiora. We hope he will be ready to go for next season, and this injury doesn't linger. We will see what the pass rush will be with Osi. Other guys need to step up and play above and beyond their ability. Guess only time will time what this lost will do to this team.....
