Question about online franchse

When you start a online franchise does it use the latest roster updates or is it the default that game with the game..?

It uses updated rosters. Well all the updated moves. However ratings remain the same as when the game came out.

Example the Edwards trade would be included. But all the original ratings would still be in use. Kinda lame. But stops people from restarting because steve smith is now an 87 lol
