Texans Scouting Report

Offense:
Threw to Andre Johnson a lot. Ran Slaton outside the tackles effectively, waits for blocks and will cut it back inside. Uses playaction effectively, usually to Johnson on a crossing route. Dumps quick on the blitz. Forced the ball early in the game resulting in 3 INTs. Punts when appropriate, missed several FGs, including a short 4th quarter go-ahead FG, also had a FG get blocked somehow. First time to see that.

Defense:
Ran cover 3 at first, will stack the box, mixes it up. Mostly zone coverage I think. Decent user coverage, he played as a safety and then later as a DT. Front 4 didn't get a lot of pressure on pass plays.

Good player, very good game, he was down 21-7 at the half and came back to tie it in the 4th. A+
